Our final event took place on September 11th, 2025 at the Aldenhoven Testing Center between Aachen and Düsseldorf.
Here we have summarized some of the content and impressions!
We associate this test site with special memories. We were already able to celebrate the final event of our predecessor project UNICARagil here in May 2023 and are proud to now be able to present the innovative architectures and tools for the development of intelligent mobility systems, which we have been researching together for three years, with a even bigger consortium from industry and science.
With a project volume of approximately 30 million euros and funding from the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF), leading partners from industry and science in the field of automated and connected driving have been able to develop groundbreaking research results on open software and hardware architectures for the mobility system of the future.
Experience future mobility up close – in our 12 live demonstrations, a cutting-edge technical exhibition, and insightful expert presentations and posters from our experts.
